The houses at Schoongezicht form a complementary entity of Mediterranean lifestyle. They are designed by well-known South African and German architects. A common factor of all houses are the unique terracotta roof tiles, which we source mainly from Verona in Italy. The outside painting is done in different earthy colours.
Study the existing plans and use these as a basis for the realization of your own personal needs and concepts. Based on different plans, you can acquire any of these attractive houses at a fixed price. Special requirements such as swimming pool, wine cellar, walk-in-safe, etc. can be included at an additional charge.
A large number of houses have already been completed and have since been occupied by their owners. In their construction we focused on high quality building materials and excellent workmanship.
